Privacy policy

The short version

You can browse this entire site without giving us any personal data. We only hold what you actively submit: an email address if you set a price alert, and a name plus comment if you review a store. We don't sell data, run ad trackers, or use tracking cookies.

What we collect and why

• Price alerts: your email address and target price, used solely to send the alert you asked for. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes the alert.
• Store reviews: the display name and comment you submit, published after moderation. We also record the submitting IP address, used only to fight spam. It is never published.
• Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that collect aggregate page-view counts only. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.
• Essential cookies: a session cookie and CSRF token required for forms to work. No marketing or third-party cookies.

Outbound store links

Links to stores are affiliate links (see the disclosure in our footer). Once you leave this site, the store's own privacy policy applies. We don't pass them any personal data about you.

Retention & your rights

Price alerts are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews are kept while they remain published. You can ask us to delete either at any time by emailing info@redeem-keys.com from the address concerned. UK/EU visitors additionally have the rights of access, rectification and erasure under UK GDPR.
